CJ, a San Diego native, leads the acquisitions, entitlements, and asset management of various projects. With a strong background in technology, CJ has successfully developed 56 residential units across San Diego, and is currently building 72 multi-family units. 

Rob, a Navy SEAL veteran, serves as lead project manager at Seaside. With extensive experience in project management, he takes on multiple roles within the company. Beyond construction, Rob brings the insight of a successful real estate investor, owning a portfolio of cash-flowing rental properties across the U.S., giving him a well-rounded perspective that extends far beyond the job site

Art, a Marine Corps veteran who served for over a decade, made San Diego his permanent home after being stationed there. As the CEO of Renovation Realty, he successfully flipped and remodeled more than 500 properties. Currently, Art oversees project management at Seaside and Reditus Private Equity.

Chad, a San Diego native who currently oversees acquisitions and entitlements for Seaside Development. He transitioned into development after managing complex infrastructure projects earlier in his career, bringing a practical, solutions-oriented mindset to every phase of the development process.​​

Mark, a Navy veteran, currently oversees all construction for Seaside Development. Mark has been a builder in San Diego for over 25 years. Mark has built and consulted on over 100 homes in Poway and Rancho Santa Fe. In the last few years Mark has specicalized in infill development.
